CO2 Company New Zealand is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who pick and pack the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.

The administration office is 30 Pollen Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021, New Zealand. It is an office rather than a shop, so there is nothing to visit.
