What delivery costs Free on orders over $50. $22 below $50. Below the threshold the only method offered is Express Delivery. Express Delivery $22 on any order, including above the threshold, if you would rather not wait. There is no minimum order. How long it takes Orders are packed after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, then take about 5 to 7 days in transit within New Zealand. Rural delivery and the period either side of a public holiday add a little. The handling time is not padding: it is when the order is picked, checked and packed. Tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order actually ships, which is not the moment you place it. If you have not had one after the handling time, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will tell you where it has got to. There is also a tracking page if you already have a code. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels. Where we deliver New Zealand wide. If you are outside New Zealand, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Address accuracy Please check the delivery address before you pay. A parcel sent to an address you gave us and returned to sender can be resent, but the second delivery is chargeable. If something goes wrong If a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by anything on this page, and the refunds and returns page sets out what happens next.",

This shop's own policy: 15 days from purchase to change your mind on an unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase, the customer paying return postage and a NZD 29 packing and handling fee; a cancellation after payment but before dispatch carries a 12.5 percent service fee. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the item is received. Separately, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 goods that are faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described carry a repair, replacement or refund with return postage paid by the shop, and nothing excludes that.",
"content": "Refunds and Returns Last updated 2 September 2026. This page describes how this shop works in plain English. It is not legal advice. Faulty, damaged or not as described This is your statutory position and it is the important part of this page. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 the goods we sell you must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose they are sold for, and match how we described them. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and a short description of the problem. If something arrived broken, a photograph of the item and the packaging helps us take it up with the courier, but it is not a condition of your rights. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Changed your mind? Our own 15 day policy New Zealand law does not give you a statutory cooling-off period for an online purchase. We would rather be straight about that than imply a right you do not have. What we do offer, as our own policy, is 15 days from the date of purchase to change your mind. Email us within those 15 days, send the goods back unused, in their original packaging and with your order confirmation, and we refund what you paid for them less a $29 packing and handling fee per order. You pay the return postage, and the goods go back to the warehouse they were sent from. This applies to a better price found elsewhere, a change of mind, something that does not suit, something no longer needed, or the wrong item ordered. Face coverings and breathing products are worn against the face, so we can only take those back unopened and unused. We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third party retailer. Cancelling an order Any order can be cancelled until it is dispatched. Most orders are packed within 24 hours, so tell us within 12 hours if you can. A cancellation after payment carries a 12.5% service and processing fee. Once packing and shipping has started the order can no longer be cancelled, and the returns policy above applies instead. Damaged in transit If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photograph of the packaging and the item. We arrange a replacement or a refund and we cover the return postage. Missing items or the wrong thing sent Tell us and we fix it. If the parcel never arrives, arrives with parts missing, or contains something you did not order, that is ours to resolve and it costs you nothing. How to return something Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply with the return address and confirm who pays the postage in your case. Please contact us before sending anything back, so it reaches the right warehouse and is credited to your order. We process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of the goods arriving back. Payment providers usually take a few further working days to show the money on your statement. Refunds go to the payment method you used, or can be held as credit against a future order if you would rather. If we cannot agree Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the word \"complaint\" in the subject, and a person will look at it again from the start. If we still cannot resolve it, a consumer claim can be taken to the Disputes Tribunal. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by anything on this page.",

Who you are contracting with Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading as CO2 Company New Zealand. Contact: theteam@customersupport.care . Definitions \"We\" and \"us\" mean CO2 Company New Zealand. \"You\" means the person or organisation placing the order. \"Goods\" means the products you have ordered. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. That offer is accepted when we dispatch the goods, and that is when the contract is made. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it breaks the law or is not a genuine consumer purchase. Prices and payment Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and are the amount you pay for the goods. Delivery, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout and is taken through Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store your card details. Delivery Delivery terms, costs and timeframes are set out on the shipping page and form part of these terms. Returns Your rights if something is faulty, and our own change of mind policy, are set out on the refunds and returns page and form part of these terms. Using the products safely Some products in this range carry operating instructions that are not optional. An ozone machine is run only in a space with no people or animals in it, which is then ventilated before use. The UV lamp is never pointed at skin, eyes, people or animals. A CO2 monitor is a ventilation gauge and not a safety, carbon monoxide or medical device. Those instructions appear on the product pages and form part of these terms. Your consumer rights The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to sales to consumers in New Zealand, and nothing in these terms limits or excludes them. Where goods are supplied for the purposes of a business, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, as section 43 of that Act permits.
